B&P’s Life Bridge Project  brings our members and friends closer to our communities.  This is our inaugural Program and we have adopted the poor families in the Balakong area.

Renewing Hope, Rebuilding Lives!

	Over the past months, we have been actively visiting several poor families in the area of Balakong.  Their plight was brought to our attention by the teachers and headmistress of a local primary school in the area.
	Our goal is not to provide short term assistance.  We want to build bridges with these families, encourage education, and help them break out of the poverty circle.  In the long term, we would like to set-up a self-managed micro credit fund so that the families can become financially independent.

Stop, Look and Help!

	Beyond providing financial help, if you are able to provide other form of assistance e.g. tuition or provide some form of employment (to those who are suitable), you can join us as a Life Bridge Friend.
	We encourage regular visitations or as often as you can make it.
